Bhubaneswar: The Regional College of Management (RCM) is gearing up for its flagship annual festival, Brahmastra 2025, scheduled from April 25 to April 29. This year’s event features 37 thrilling activities, promising to be one of the most significant celebrations in the college's history.
Brahmastra is designed to serve as a collaborative platform, inviting participation from the academic community not only in Odisha but across India.
The festival aims to foster a lively educational environment where students, the future professionals, can merge their enthusiasm, creativity, and ambition into practical learning experiences. Emphasizing the belief that 'Learning occurs through Doing,' Brahmastra offers students a chance to engage in hands-on activities in leadership, teamwork, event management, and strategic planning.
Led entirely by students and supported by a dedicated and experienced faculty, Brahmastra has seen remarkable participation and success in previous years. This edition has expanded its scope with various segments, including management and IT contests, sports events, cultural displays, culinary experiences, and 'Drona,' a unique competition that honors faculty excellence and their contributions to nation-building.
Commenting on the event, RCM director Pritam Pal stated, 'As times change, so must our approach. We require a comprehensive shift in how we prepare the next generation — a mission too extensive for any single institution.'
