A dispute over parking spiralled into violence along the Haryana–Rajasthan border in Nuh district on Tuesday, leaving four people injured and several motorcycles in flames, officials said.
According to police, the clash broke out between residents of Mundaka and Hajipur villages after an altercation between two men over a parking spot escalated into a physical confrontation.
The situation quickly drew in others from both sides, triggering chaos and long traffic jams in the area.
Nuh Superintendent of Police Rajesh Kumar said the incident was confined to the immediate dispute and did not involve wider community violence.
A case has been registered at the Ferozepur Jhirka police station.
“Strict legal action will be taken against anyone found guilty of violence or spreading misinformation,” a Nuh police spokesperson said.
