Aditya Bhargava of Noida had gone to Ujjain and Omkareshwar with his wife. A big accident happened with the couple while bathing in the Narmada river. Aditya Bhargava drowned in the deep water after slipping. His wife threw a dupatta to save him but due to the dam being open, the flow was fast due to which they were swept away. The NDRF and a team of divers are searching for them.
Aditya Bhargav, who went missing while bathing in the Narmada River, lives with his wife in Coco County Society in Greater Noida West. Aditya is originally from Deendayal Nagar in Jhansi. Aditya, who reached Ujjain from Greater Noida on Saturday morning, visited Mahakal with his wife Charu.
In the evening he reached Omkareshwar to take a bath in the Narmada river and slipped and drowned in the deep water. Some women present nearby threw a dupatta to save him, but he could not catch it.
Wife is a software engineer in a Gurugram companyHis wife is a software engineer in an IT company in Gurugram. Aditya's brother-in-law Udip Mudgal said that Aditya and Charu reached Omkareshwar late on Saturday evening. As it was 7:30 pm, they decided to do achamana instead of taking a bath.
He went a little further into the Narmada and slipped and fell into the deep water. The dam was open at a distance of 100 feet and he was swept away by the strong current. Aditya is missing since Saturday. The NDRF and a team of divers are searching for him.
Ujjain had left from New Delhi Railway Station on Friday nightAditya and Charu reached New Delhi Railway Station on Friday night and left for Ujjain from here. The plan was to rest during the day on Sunday and reach home in Greater Noida by late night and go to work from Monday. Aditya and Charu got married in the year 2019. Both lived together. Father is a retired officer from the railways.
Search operation conducted by closing the damAditya drowned in Narmada on Saturday evening. His wife informed the local police station about this. Due to the dam being open and the fast flow of water, NDRF and divers did not conduct the search operation at night.
After getting permission, the water of the dam was stopped. The team started the search operation at 5:30 am on Sunday morning. No trace of Aditya who drowned in the water has been found yet.
