Chelsea are reportedly on the cusp of finalising three separate transfer deals which could bank them nearly £100million in total. The Blues have already secured most of their incomings this summer with marquee signings like Joao Pedro and Jamie Gittens, and the emphasis has now shifted towards extracting maximum value from the players Enzo Maresca deems surplus to requirements.
More has been spent than earned at this point in the summer but the sales of Noni Madueke, Joao Felix and Djordje Petrovic have at least made a significant dent in Chelsea's net outlay. And the scales could be practically balanced by the time they complete exits for three more out-of-favour stars.
According to Fabrizio Romano, agreements are being sealed with Everton for Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, with Burnley for Lesley Ugochukwu and with Borussia Dortmund for Carney Chukwuemeka.
Ugochukwu, 21, has reportedly been given permission to travel to Turf Moor and complete his medical before penning a five-year contract. Everton, meanwhile, have had a £25m bid accepted for Dewsbury-Hall, and club-to-club talks are underway between Chelsea and BVB for the sale of Chukwuemeka.
Chelsea have pinned a £40m asking price to Chukwuemeka and they will be keen to recoup most or all of the £23m they splashed on Ugochukwu.

That means that, if their demands are met and coupled with the £25m they are set to be paid for Dewsbury-Hall, Chelsea will be due a whopping £88m transfer windfall, and there are further exits in the pipeline.
Armando Broja is on his way to Burnley on a permanent deal worth at least £20m, Renato Veiga wants out of Stamford Bridge and comes with a £35m price tag, Axel Disasi is expected to be sold, Tyrique George wants regular football and could fetch a handsome transfer fee, and they're not the only ones on the exit list.
Raheem Sterling and Ben Chilwell are both paid massive wages and Chelsea are hoping buyers come forward for the pair. Christopher Nkunku has been muscled out of the centre-forward picture under Maresca and is expected to find a new club before the deadline.
Alfie Gilchrist is admired by a number of Championship clubs after spending last season on loan at Sheffield United. And Nicolas Jackson, although not on the for-sale list, has received interest from a number of Premier League sides and could leave for the right price.
