Jannik Sinner will face Carlos Alcaraz for the third consecutive Grand Slam final at the US Open on Sunday, with the world No. 1 ranking also on the line. It's the first time in the Open Era that the same two men have face off in at least three Major finals in a single season.
Sinner is the reigning champion in Flushing Meadows, and he'll be hoping to follow in the footsteps of WTA No. 1 Aryna Sabalenka, who successfully defended her US Open crown on Saturday. The Belarusian got revenge on Amanda Anisimova, who beat her in the Wimbledon semi-finals earlier this summer.
